Lusaka, Zambia, 26th March, 2022 – organised its first Open Day of 2022. The event was inaugurated by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Dr Lameck Mwewa, who officially welcomed the 30 attendees to ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ University’s campus.
Presentations were made by Call Centre Supervisor, Ms Wamusheke Nyambe, who introduced the offered by ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ University as well as those offered by our UK partner universities. The final presentation was made by Dean of Students and Lecturer, Mrs Abigail Nachilima Chalwe, whose presentation emphasised ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ University’s Virtual Learning Environment, the digital learning platform that allows students and teachers to work together with ease while ensuring user security and privacy.
Various activities and presentations such as a raffle draw and one-on-one sessions with student advisors followed the opening address. Throughout the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ University in Zambia Open Day, interaction from the attendees proved positive with many pertinent questions answered during the Q & A sessions.Â
ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ University was commended for organising the event, and the attendees were impressed with the University’s flexible mode of study and wide range of degree programmes on offer.Â
